Service Description
French Club for Children aged 4 to 7 years old taking place on Wednesday afternoons during term time only, in Oru Space Sutton, from 4pm to 5pm. An opportunity for various activities to learn the French language in a fun environment with our native teachers. PAYMENT: You only need to pay the deposit to book online and secure your one-time off 2x trial sessions (£36.00). If you are happy for your child to sign up for the term , an invoice will be sent to you for the full amount applicable, or pro-rata if the course has already started. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
For new students enrolling, there will be two sessions on trial at cost before committing for the rest of the term. The remaining cost will be invoiced and due before the next session. Payment should be made in advance unless we have agreed to monthly standing order payments. If payments need to be chased, there will be a £25 administration fee per daily invoice reminder after the due date. Fees are non-refundable except in the unfortunate event that a class is cancelled and an alternative date cannot be offered. Lessons will be delivered on the stated course dates. Child Collection: - If you are not picking up your child at the end of the class, for children safeguarding, you will need to give us a written permission with the name, relation to the child and a picture of the person collecting on your behalf. -Please make sure you collect your child promptly as we have other classes running.
